DishNetwork FYI

 I am actually a user of DishNetwork and I must say I wish I never signed up for Dish Network. First I got the flyer in the local newspaper.And the deal seemed to good to be true, which it was. It said 19.99 for the first 10 months and then for the other 2 months pay reg price at 29.99. Well first bills rolls in at almost 40.00 bucks. I call and asked after the second month why is it still this high. Well I guess when they come and install the unit you must get a paper from the person who installs it to fill out for the 19.99 deal. I then said well I didnt so Can you please send me that paper?They then tell me they cant..After a few mins of fighting about it they then agree to refund money and make sure i pay the 19.99 each month..Guess what it never happened. I always paid 40 bucks or more. I am still with dish network as the only other way to get tv would be with Direct Tv, and they are just as bad. So I deal with it. I also cant believe all the spam mail I get from Dish Network.Over 100 pieces in my spam box I saw yesterday. I also get calls from Dish Network asking if I want to switch over to them..HELLO ..I am already your customer?? Thats when I get really upset and yell at them and ask them dont they look in the computer and see im a customer before they call me at dinner time. So this is really FYI and to remember the next time you want to switch over to Dish Network, and these are just my thoughts but I hope they will help someone wondering about Dish Network and wanted to switch over. Maybe cable will come out to this part of the woods so I can change over some time soon.
